In a Nutshell: This LA girl is doing pretty good in the cold Oregon winter. She is eager to go outside and relieve herself and will shiver through a game of chase. She is fast and spunky and full of personality. Eager to please and smart as a whip, she’s all but mastered potty training and adores her foster siblings, especially the cat!
